Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include clear photos of the item and packaging. Please note: Requests made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office.
While we’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly for further assistance.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
