Refund policy
We want you love your products from Aziik, however we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Returns are accepted for new or gently used items purchased on aziik.us
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please notice the shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover shipping and make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Final-sale & promotional items (including discount-only drops, mystery sets, gifts with purchase)
- Items marked non-returnable on the product page
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How to start
Email us at support@aziik.us with:
- order number
- the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- a brief reason (helps us improve)
- for damaged/incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and shipping box
We’ll reply with next steps and a return address (or a prepaid label if it’s our error).
